1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Deyding, including the Deyding website, mobile applications, communication features, Premium features, and related services. By creating an account, accessing, or using Deyding, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use Deyding.
2. Eligibility
Deyding is an adult dating service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use a dating service where you live. You may not use Deyding if you are prohibited by law from doing so.
You represent that the information you provide about your age and identity is accurate. Deyding may suspend or remove accounts that appear to belong to minors or otherwise ineligible users.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account, credentials, device security, and activity performed through your account. Keep your sign-in information confidential and notify Deyding if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep material profile information reasonably current. You may not create an account for another person without authorization, impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or attempt to evade a prior suspension or ban.
4. Faith-first community expectations
Deyding is designed for Christian singles seeking intentional relationships. Members may hold different Christian traditions, denominations, cultures, and personal convictions. Using Deyding does not require every member to agree on every doctrine or practice, but members must engage respectfully and honestly.
Do not misrepresent your faith, identity, relationship intentions, marital status, or other information in a way intended to deceive another member.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Deyding only for lawful, personal, non-commercial relationship discovery and communication unless Deyding expressly authorizes another use.
You may not use Deyding to harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, scam, defraud, solicit money from members, distribute malware, scrape or harvest data, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass safety or access controls, interfere with the service, create automated accounts, send spam, promote commercial services without permission, or facilitate illegal activity.
6. Member content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile text, photos, prompts, and messages. You give Deyding the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, moderate, and process that content to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that your content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
7. Safety, reporting, and moderation
Deyding may use automated and human review tools to help detect fraud, abuse, prohibited content, impersonation, or safety risks. We may investigate reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts when reasonably necessary to protect members or enforce these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
No moderation system can eliminate every risk. Members remain responsible for exercising judgment, protecting personal information, and making safe choices about online and in-person interactions.
8. Meetings and interactions with other members
Deyding does not conduct every interaction between members and does not control what members do outside the service. You are solely responsible for your decisions about communicating with, meeting, traveling with, or entering a relationship with another member.
Take reasonable precautions before meeting in person, including using in-app communication tools, telling someone you trust, meeting in a public place, and arranging your own transportation.
9. Premium subscriptions and purchases
Deyding may offer paid subscriptions or other paid features. Pricing, billing period, renewal terms, and included features will be shown before purchase. Deyding Premium currently begins at the price displayed in the app or applicable app store, and pricing may vary by platform, region, currency, promotion, or taxes.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before renewal through the platform or payment method used to subscribe. Refund eligibility is subject to applicable law and the rules of the payment provider or app store where the purchase was made.
10. Intellectual property
Deyding, its software, visual design, logos, trademarks, service marks, interface elements, and other proprietary materials are owned by Deyding or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
11. Third-party services
Deyding may integrate or link to app stores, payment services, verification services, mapping or location services, communication infrastructure, analytics tools, or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Deyding at any time and may be able to delete your account through account settings or by contacting support. Deyding may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, or created a material safety or security risk.
Where appropriate, we may preserve limited records relating to enforcement, fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal obligations, or safety.
13. Changes to the service
Deyding may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may also change eligibility requirements, safety measures, Premium features, or technical requirements where reasonably necessary.
14. Disclaimers
Deyding provides tools for people to discover and communicate with one another, but we do not guarantee that you will receive matches, meet a partner, form a relationship, marry, or achieve any particular result. We do not guarantee the conduct, identity, intentions, statements, or compatibility of any member beyond the specific verification Deyding expressly represents as completed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deyding and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other members. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of Deyding, your material violation of these Terms, or content you submit that violates another person's rights.
17. Governing law and disputes
The governing law, venue, arbitration terms, class-action waiver, or other dispute procedures applicable to Deyding should be stated here once Deyding’s operating entity, principal jurisdiction, and launch markets are finalized. Those provisions should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, safety, product, or business changes. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice appropriate to the circumstances. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
